This study explores how Zerodha’s marketing strategies, such as digital promotion, low brokerage charges, user-friendly technology, and investor education, attract and influence investors in Coimbatore City with special reference to the Kite app, using primary data from questionnaires and statistical tools like percentage analysis, chi-square, and ANOVA to analyze how promotional activities, service features, technological convenience, and cost-effectiveness shape investor awareness, perception, preference, and satisfaction, concluding that Zerodha’s innovative marketing and technological strengths significantly enhance investor engagement with the Kite trading application.
