Abstract

Background: Currently there is no standard options have been established for 2nd and subsequent lines for advanced adrenocortical cancer (ACC).A retrospective data showed that the combination of temozolomide (Tem) and mitotane (M) demonstrated promising results.The objective response rate (ORR) was 21.4% and the disease control rate (DCR) -35.8%.We evaluate the effectiveness of Tem +/-M in real-world practice.Methods: This single-center study included patients (pts) 18 years who received Tem 150 mg/m 2 on days 1-5 every 4 weeks M for 2nd and subsequent lines for advanced ACC.We assessed the ORR, progression-free survival (PFS), overall survival (OS), disease control rate (DCR) of 6 months, and safety.Recruitment at N.N.
