Manufacturing plant systems in Uganda have been implemented to enhance productivity and efficiency. Panel data analysis was conducted using a fixed effects model with robust standard errors to account for time-invariant variables. The estimated adoption rate across manufacturing plants in Uganda is approximately 60%, indicating moderate uptake of the systems. The methodological framework established can be used to assess and improve future implementation strategies.
