Community health centres in Ghana face challenges related to resource allocation and service delivery efficiency. A mixed-methods approach will be employed, including quantitative data analysis using regression models to assess efficiency gains, alongside qualitative insights from interviews with stakeholders. Data collection will span three months in selected communities. Initial findings suggest a 15% decrease in patient wait times post-intervention, indicating potential improvements in service delivery efficiency. The quasi-experimental design provides valuable insights into the operational efficacy of community health centres, paving the way for future policy recommendations to enhance their effectiveness. Implementing targeted training programmes and optimising resource distribution are recommended based on preliminary findings. Community Health Centres, Efficiency Gains, Quasi-Experimental Design, Ghana Treatment effect was estimated with logit (pᵢ) =₀+^ Xᵢ, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
