To achieve synergistic optimization of microstructure and mechanical properties in a heat-treatment-free, heat-resistant casting alloy, this study systematically investigated the mechanisms of ultrasonic treatment using a self-developed ultrasonic vibration platform combined with OptiStruct simulations and experimental testing. Results demonstrate that a multi-ultrasonic transducer array layout enhances the system’s total acoustic power through transducer deployment superposition, enabling the platform to reach the preset output sound intensity threshold. Furthermore, ultrasonic vibration applied during solidification significantly refines the microstructure, achieving synergistic mechanical property improvements at both room temperature and elevated temperatures.
