South Sudan faces significant challenges in tuberculosis (TB) management due to its rural geography and limited healthcare infrastructure. A mixed-methods approach combining qualitative interviews with quantitative data analysis, including logistic regression models for treatment adherence. Mobile clinics were effective in detecting TB cases early (78% of detected cases were newly identified) and improved patient adherence to treatment regimens by a statistically significant margin (p < 0. 05). Mobile health clinics significantly enhanced TB diagnosis rates and treatment compliance, particularly among rural populations. Continue and expand mobile clinic programmes in South Sudan, integrating them into existing healthcare systems for broader impact. Model estimation used =argmin_ᵢ (yᵢ, f_ (xᵢ) ) +₂², with performance evaluated using out-of-sample error.
