This document constitutes a formal Defensive Publication establishing worldwide Prior Art for the ALLFROMAIR® TERRA² Tri-Generation Platform. The system produces three simultaneous utilities from a single hardware unit and a single electrical connection: (1) purified drinking water meeting EU Directive 2020/2184 and WHO Guidelines 2022, (2) district heating at 4th-generation temperatures (35–60°C), and (3) district cooling and server cooling via evaporative vapor-pressure-gradient mechanisms. The core process is a Two-Module Three-Stage Rocket architecture (Charge–Harvest–Cool) operating an internal process temperature of ~50°C, independent of ambient conditions. Spray water applied to heat exchangers HX2, HX3 and HXB undergoes natural vapour-phase desalination, enabling seawater, brackish water or industrial water as spray source while producing distillate of TᵢnM2 + 10 K across all 12 documented climate scenarios, from −15°C Nordic winter to 44°C desert. Two mutually exclusive operating modes are disclosed: Mode A directs condensation energy QDH (2–8 MW) to district heating networks, optimal for Nordic climates; Mode B redirects QDH internally to a supplementary evaporation module producing Mₑxtra = QDH / 2 382 × 86 400 additional litres per day, optimal for tropical and desert markets. All production values are theoretically calculated based on fundamental thermodynamic equations and NIST reference data (hⁱₑ₈ = 2 382 kJ/kg at 50°C). Experimental validation pending. Documented production range: 61 801–253 687 L/day (Mode A) and up to 546 039 L/day (Mode B, Tropical Max). Revenue potential 8–51 MSEK/year across 12 climate scenarios. A six-layer Legionella safety protocol and seven-step purification chain ensure full compliance with international drinking water standards. Return water is oxygenated (8–12 mg O₂/L via Venturi) and returned to sea, actively restoring the chronically hypoxic Gotland Basin (240–460 m depth).
