The paper analyzes the formation conditions of Ti–Zr placers of the Voronezh Anteclise (VA) in the Phanerozoic. It is established that the placers formed many times under favorable conditions. A hierarchy of controlling factors is determined: the leading role belongs to the tectonic regime and facies sedimentation conditions, which are followed by subordinate stratigraphic and paleogeographic factors. The region is characterized by evolutionary orientation of the processes: the areas of accumulation of useful components migrated in space and the placers were enriched with time in most stable heavy minerals (zircon and rutile) due to repeated redeposition (recycling) of the material. The results of the study refine the paleogeodynamic models of the VA evolution and are important for the prediction of new placer objects.
