Abstract

A 13‐year‐old male Jehovah’s Witness presented with severe ulcerative colitis and anemia. Protective custody enabled blood transfusion; infliximab induced remission. Management required collaboration among physicians, family, and faith community. This case illustrates ethical challenges and the importance of multidisciplinary, patient‐centered strategies in pediatric IBD management.
