The recent crash of Air India Flight AI171 in June 2025 has raised sigificant safety and regulatory concerns and also left a deep economic impact. This research paper makes an attempt to examine the economic impact of this aviation tragedy. The study uses secondary data sources to analyze how this crash influenced aviation stocks in the stock market, insurance premiums, travel and tourism and investor as a whole. The paper also highlights the effect on related sectors and offers recommendations for creating a safer and more economically stable aviation industry.
