This study examines the effectiveness of rural clinic systems in Senegal by evaluating clinical outcomes using a quasi-experimental design. A quasi-experimental design was employed, including pre- and post-intervention data collection from a sample of rural clinics. Statistical analysis will employ regression discontinuity designs (RDD) with robust standard errors to account for potential confounders. The preliminary results indicate that the implementation of standardised clinical protocols significantly reduced treatment times by 20% in participating clinics, suggesting improved efficiency and patient care. These findings highlight the effectiveness of standardised clinical procedures in enhancing healthcare delivery in rural Senegal, providing evidence for policy makers to consider implementing similar measures.
