was 61.5%; PFS was not mature.Efficacy was observed across PD-L1 levels in both NSQ and SQ NSCLC (Table ).Across 30 pts with NSCLC (NSQ and SQ), 40.0% reported Gr 3 treatment-related AEs (TRAEs) and 33.3% reported immune-related (irAEs) that were Gr 3 in 6.7%.TRAEs led to treatment discontinuation in 13.3% pts.No TEAEs resulted in death. The safety profile was comparable between NSQ and SQ NSCLC.Conclusions: Pumitamig showed preliminary antitumor activity across PD-L1 levels and acceptable safety in pts with advanced NSCLC, including SQ cell carcinoma.Pumitamig + chemo in pts with NSCLC is being further investigated in ongoing global studies including ROSETTA Lung-02 (NCT06712316) and BNT327-07 (NCT06841055).Clinical trial identification: NCT05918445.
