A preceding paper (Sennfelt, 2026b) demonstrated that the latitude of the Lalibela sanctuary complex in Ethiopia (12. 031°N) satisfies a geometric identity linking Sirius's absolute declination and the major lunar standstill maximum: φ + |δSirius| ≈ δₛtandstill — with Dama Ali volcano (11. 280°N) as the cosmological origin from which the identity was first perceptible. The identity predicts that monuments sited near the origin latitude should encode both Sirius and the standstill as related astronomical phenomena; monuments at high latitudes may encode both independently for observational reasons; and monuments at intermediate latitudes should encode Sirius for practical calendrical reasons without independently noticing the standstill connection. This paper tests those predictions against a systematic survey of fifteen well-documented ancient sacred structures across six regions, each with published azimuth data and independent cultural evidence for the astronomical targets assigned to them. Of fifteen sites, five encode both Sirius orientation and major standstill: Bete Giyorgis (12. 03°N, identity residual 0. 17°), Nabta Playa (22. 50°N), Stonehenge (51. 18°N), Callanish (58. 20°N), and Arkaim (52. 70°N). The eight Sirius-only sites cluster between 14°N and 37°N and include the principal Egyptian, Levantine, and Mesoamerican examples. This bimodal pattern — dual encoding at origin latitude and at high latitudes, Sirius-only at intermediate latitudes — is consistent with the identity framework and has not previously been noted in the archaeoastronomy literature. Nabta Playa constitutes a predicted anomaly: at 22. 5°N, where the standstill Moon culminates at 83°, its dual encoding is unlikely to reflect independent discovery and is interpreted as transmitted knowledge from the origin system. The survey advances three testable predictions for future fieldwork.
