Abstract

Companion note in the Decision-OS lineage on leadership change across competing systems. This note separates accumulated value from selected dominance. A system may continue accumulating internal value while losing external leadership when a challenger’s overturning energy persistently exceeds incumbent resistance. Related work: Time-is-an-Ally V3 models value accumulation within a single system over time. Genesis Selection complements that framework from a separate axis by explaining when dominance shifts across competing systems rather than how value accumulates within one system.
