ABSTRACT: The LE-MS23 manuscript proposes a paradigm shift in oncology and gerontology by redefining cancer and aging as process failures rather than mere "product failures. " Through the Law of Existence framework, this work establishes that healthy cellular organization is maintained by an Axial Coherence Factor (ACF) of 0. 65 ± 0. 03, corresponding to a membrane potential of approximately -70mV. KEY FINDINGS: Cancer as Axial Collapse: Formalized as a transition from organized rotational movement to disordered translational dispersal, measurable via membrane depolarization (from -70mV to -15mV) and mitochondrial cristae loss.
