In order to explain turbulent phenomena near walls, the Kármán constant was analyzed by introducing the concept of multifractals into the renormalization group theory based on the concept of integrated generative AI, and good agreement was obtained with the experimental value. Furthermore, it was confirmed that the deformation of the particle model as a model image of the Kármán constant coincides with the image of the mixing length model.
