The research presents a main hypothesis, that the nature of international political relations is intertwined relationships between the components of international politics. The basic hypothesis of this research is the prevalence of realist theory in international relations. But in this field there are other visions to explain international relations, and these visions are the theory of liberalism, which is one of the theories that contradicts the visions of the realist theory in international relations. The influence of the world view on the concept of international politics in realist theory is different from the influence of the world view on the concept of international politics in liberal theory in several aspects. One of the problems of this research is the search for appropriate methods in our present era, because there is confusion between these two theories in international politics. The major democratic countries that practice the liberal approach in domestic politics and, on the other hand, practice the realistic approach in foreign policy towards other countries in the world. This is the formality that is difficult to find solutions in our time, because presenting some aspects of the theory remains mere talk, and does not apply to international political relations because the interests of states remain revolving around them.
