Retailynx is an AI-powered smart retail management system designed to automate bookkeeping and billing processes for small and medium-sized shopkeepers. The system integrates voice recognition, artificial intelligence, and offline capabilities to simplify financial record management. Unlike traditional bookkeeping applications that rely on manual data entry, Retailynx enables users to perform operations such as billing, inventory management, and credit (Udhar) tracking using natural voice commands in local languages. The platform supports multilingual interaction, making it accessible to non-technical users. The system architecture includes modules for Product Management, Billing, Inventory Control, Report Generation, and AI Voice Assistance.
