Demonstrates that system prompt engineering constitutes a controllable bias dial for LLM pseudo-random output, shifting coin flip heads rates from 30.8% to 100% across five orthogonal mechanisms. Uses the Void Framework's Péclet number formalism and Fantasia Bound to explain why the bias is structurally invisible to the model. Based on 42,000 coin flips across 21 prompt conditions (EXP-027).
