We develop a detailed and mathematically explicit framework that pushes the infinite-dimensional information Ricci flow toward a genuine ``information = matter'' unified theory. Building on the information manifold of smooth positive probability densities endowed with the Fisher--Rao metric, we introduce an information stress--energy tensor I₈₉ derived from a variational principle and show how it can be coupled to the Einstein tensor G₈₉ to produce an information--Einstein equation of the form₈₉=8 G\, I₈₉[. \]We then analyze the structural conditions under which I₈₉ can be interpreted as an effective matter stress--energy tensor, and we derive conservation laws and Bianchi-type identities. We further show how the information Ricci flow arises as a natural geometric evolution compatible with this coupling, and we discuss the role of the information entropy functional as a Lyapunov functional. The paper is written in full detail, with explicit derivations of all key formulas, and aims to clarify what isalready achieved and what is still missing for a complete ``information = matter'' unified theory.
