Experimental data were obtained for the extraction of phosphoric acid (PA) using Methyl Isobutyl Ketone (MIBK) at different temperatures (25, 35, and 45°C) under atmospheric pressure. The experimental data enable us to clarify the discrepancy between the reported data in the literature. It is observed that as the temperature increases from 25 to 45°C, the heterogeneous region shows a slight broadening. The measured data of tie lines were correlated with the Non-Random Two-Liquid (NRTL) model. To ensure the reliability of the optimized parameters, a Graphical User Interface tool was employed for model parameter verification. Tie line coordinates were then calculated based on the NRTL model, and the resulting data were compared against experimental data to validate the accuracy of the calculated results.
