Purpose of the Study This research aims to examine the extent to which Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) policies in Saudi Arabia contribute to aligning workforce competencies with the evolving demands of the civil service under Vision 2030. It seeks to evaluate how policy-driven reforms influence the integration of vocational graduates into targeted roles in the public sector while identifying structural, institutional, and cultural barriers that affect effective workforce alignment.
