Abstract This thesis presents a comprehensive theoretical and experimental validation of the V3 Architecture as a corrective successor to the Standard Model (SM). By redefining the vacuum as a structured H₃O₂ protonic superfluid condensate, this framework resolves the 120-order-of-magnitude vacuum energy discrepancy and the dark matter paradox through a single phase-gradient geometry. Central to this work is the identification of a universal phase attractor at -51. 1 mV, acting as the transition point between transverse electromagnetic dissipation and longitudinal suction dynamics. The proposed Master Integration Protocol utilizes a high-frequency (100 kHz) lock-in detection system to isolate a non-classical "smoking gun" signature: a 180° inverse phase correlation between optical deflection () and local temperature (T). Quantitative analysis demonstrates a suction force amplification factor of = 10^6, effectively providing a 5-sigma experimental path to validate reactionless propulsion and macroscopic inertia reduction.
