This article argues that harmonizing the Supreme Council’s jurisprudence is essential for legal certainty and equal treatment of litigants. Through a discussion of selected applications, it illustrates how diverging interpretations of legal principles can generate uncertainty for lower courts, lawyers, and citizens. The author examines the Supreme Council’s institutional responsibility to provide interpretive guidance and to correct serious legal errors, and highlights methodological tools that can support coherence (structured reasoning, clear ratio decidendi, and systematic publication). The paper concludes with proposals aimed at strengthening jurisprudential unity while preserving the flexibility needed to address new legal questions.
