Papers 56–59 established the summit arc: closure without collapse, unfolding without halt, necessary adjudication, and a calculus of intelligence. The present paper unifies these into one master theorem: a nontrivial reflexive reality cannot close as static self-identity; it persists as recursive frontier-generation through lawful internal adjudication, and is therefore recursively intelligent in a structural sense. We define and, then prove the unified theorem and its corollaries. The development is machine-checked in Lean 4 in the RealityAsRecursiveIntelligence library of reflexive-closure-lean. Trust boundary. This is a synthesis paper: prose unifies Papers 56–59, but every disputable lemma traces to those papers or their Lean libraries. "Recursive intelligence" is the Paper 59 calculus in compact form, not a new cognitive science claim. See.
