Patients with atypical right bundle branch block (RBBB) and concomitant delayed left ventricular (LV) activation

Intervention

Cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT)

Outcome

Response to CRT

Patients with atypical RBBB and delayed LV activation may represent a specific subset that benefits from cardiac resynchronization therapy.

Patients with atypical RBBB, which is a pattern highly suggestive of concomitant delayed LV conduction, may show a satisfactory response to CRT.
