Harvesting broadband absorption of the solar spectrum for enhanced photocatalytic H2 generation

The broadband solar spectrum harvested as heat increased H2 generation from pure TiO2 nanoparticles by 40-fold, and when coupled with CuO nanoparticles gave an apparent quantum yield of 66.9% at 365 nm.
