Research Problem: The youth discipleship as the main pillar of youth ministry development is an effective remedy to the chronic youth ministry dilemma regarding the nurturing of meaningful and sustainable discipleship, thus guaranteeing the survival and rejuvenation of the church in the long run. Existing studies focus more on church growth and youth development, but rarely examine strategic and spiritual repositioning of youth discipleship as a sustainable ecological renewal strategy. Methods/Theory: The study is based on the Spiritual Formation Theory that stipulates that youth discipleship is not a spiritual necessity but an ancient tactic of preserving and expanding the church. The primary data used were of biblical literature, with secondary data comprising peer-reviewed articles and scholarly publications on youth discipleship and church growth. Results: The findings show that the divergence in which the only means by which sustainable church growth could be achieved is not through attractional means and dazzling infrastructure, but rather through the discipleship goal that is purposeful and Christ-centred. Such discipleship enables the youths to be capable of thinking, being leaders and making a difference not only in the faith community but also beyond it. Conclusion: Youth discipleship is an intentional act of investment that can be used in Pentecostal churches to generate generations of renewing, faithful, and transforming communities of witnesses. It also gives continuity to the church's mission in the rapidly changing world. Key Contribution to Knowledge: This study advances the discourse on ecclesial sustainability by demonstrating that the sustainable church growth of the Pentecostal youth ministry lies in the relational and continuous, and working discipleship. It emphasises the need to abandon the event approaches and come up with authentic relationships that build spiritual maturity through small accountability groups and meticulous mentoring. Recommendation: It is recommended that churches need to adopt comprehensive, holistic models of discipleship, establish progressive leadership patterns, and leverage digital tools to enhance spiritual formation and leadership development among youths.
