Primes are reinterpreted as directions that cannot be absorbed by an evolving composite network.Within a Curl dynamical system, noncommutative residuals accumulate along integer paths, and a new prime axis emerges precisely when this residual escapes the span of existing directions. We introduce a cohesion functional that quantifies the internal stabilizing capacity of composite structures and prove that prime emergence is equivalent to the failure of internal restorability.
