Abstract

국소 진행성 HNSCC 환자에서 액체 생검을 사용하여 RCTX 치료 반응을 모니터링하는 것은 가능하다. CtDNA는 치료 시작 전 총 종양 부하와 밀접하게 상관되는 병의 징후 마커로 볼 수 있다. 관찰된 ctDNA 및 cvDNA의 동역학은 대부분의 환자에서 시간 및 치료 용량과 부정적인 상관관계를 보였다.
