Abstract

Flavone–estradiol adducts and indanophen based tamoxifen analogs are synthesized using SnCl4–Zn reagentviaMcMurry reaction and evaluated in human cervical (HeLa) and breast cancer cells (MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231) for the anti-proliferative activity.
