Introduction and Importance: Endometriosis is a chronic gynecological disease defined as the presence of functional endometrial glands and stroma outside of the uterus. Depending on the area identified, endometriosis can be pelvic and extrapelvic. The nasal mucosa is an exceptional localization for endometriosis. This case is important because there are few case reports in the world, and it will give an insight for physicians to have index of suspicion for nasal endometriosis in those female patients in the reproductive age presented with cyclic nasal bleeding. Case Presentation: This patient is a 32-year-old female patient who has presented with cyclic nasal bleeding and fullness. Histopathology examination confirms the diagnosis of nasal endometriosis. Clinical Discussion: The initial suspicion for our case was nasal polyp, and after histopathologic examination, it is confirmed to be nasal endometriosis. The surgery also allows for diagnosis of the surgical treatment of endometriosis at the same time. Conclusion: Nasal endometriosis is a rare clinical entity, and it should certainly be considered in females of reproductive age who have concurrent nasal bleeding with the menstrual cycle, nasal pain, the feeling of fullness, and nasal lesions. Biopsy is used to confirm the diagnosis.
