Abstract

In this issue of Blood Advances, Batatinha et al 1 identify that aerobic exercise prior to blood natural killer (NK) cell collection enhances the function of cytokine-activated and memory-like (CIML or ML) NK cells, manifesting as improved in vitro and in vivo killing of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) (see figure).
