The present Deliverable (D10.4) constitutes the final version of the Dissemination and Exploitation Plan (DEP) of project AtlantECO. It is an update of the interim DEP (Deliverable D10.3), submitted in 2024, and is set up in accordance with the Consortium and Grant Agreements (CA/GA), where it addresses Articles 27-30 of the GA on the Protection; Exploitation; Dissemination; and Transfer and licensing of results, respectively, and Sections 8.3 and 8.4 on Transfer of results; and Dissemination, respectively, of the AtlantECO CA. The content of the DEP is closely linked to the AtlantECO Communication plan (Deliverable D9.1) and the AtlantECO Data Management Plan (D10.1) as guiding documents for managing and sharing results, information, data and knowledge. The DEP has been updated throughout the lifetime of the project, and D10.4 is the second of two formal updates. This has ensured flexibility of the strategy based on progress and achievements of AtlantECO, ensuring continuous identification of new knowledge and project results and defining their exploitation potential, plans and measures to facilitate uptake of results for maximum impact. This final version emphasizes the knowledge outputs and Key exploitable results, and therefore the detailed instructions for protocols that have no relevance after the end of the project have been removed. They are still available in the two earlier deliverables. In addition to adopting EC best practice guidelines for the AtlantECO consortium to handling project results, the DEP defines the dissemination channels towards different relevant stakeholders, describes the tools and messages of dissemination, and describes internal processes, protocols, and responsibilities to manage the project's knowledge outputs to ensure exploitation of project results. Protocols have been set up for: Knowledge Management: to ensure the timely identification, collection, description, and prioritizationof knowledge outputs generated by AtlantECO to inform dissemination, knowledge transfer, andexploitation activities. Dissemination: to circulate knowledge and results generated in AtlantECO to those users that can makebest use of them. Knowledge Transfer, Exploitation, and Impact: to effectively transfer knowledge and support the uptakeof results and their exploitation by different end-users, providing measurable impacts for AtlantECO,while ensuring any project-generated Intellectual Property (IP) is properly managed. The DEP has been developed by SINTEF, in collaboration with SPI and the AtlantECO coordination team, and the WP10 leaders SINTEF and SPI have been responsible for its implementation through working with the other project partners. All project partners are required to participate in dissemination and exploitation of the AtlantECO project based on the activities they perform and outputs they generate, to ensure maximum impact of the project, including in their own countries and communities.
