This paper presents the full derivation, structure, and cosmological interpretation ofthe GOMC-UNIVERSE v1 equation, constructed directly from the Generalized OrganModeling and Conservation– Modular Extended Equation (GOMC-MEE) template.Using the flux, source, variational, and constraint components defined in the GOMCMEE framework, we derive a complete PDE governing the evolution of the cosmicspace-fluid density σ(r,t). This equation is then integrated into a modular cosmologicalmodel that includes expansion, MBH-driven density evolution, turnaround detection,and bounce physics. The result is a mathematically consistent cyclic cosmology witha total cycle duration of approximately 33.3 ± 1.0 Gyr.
