Abstract:Objective:To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of tuina combined with other therapies in the intervention of skeletal muscle injury by Meta-analysis. Methods:Nine Chinese and English databases such as PubMed,Cochrane Library, and China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)were retrieved to collect randomized controlled trials on the combined treatment of massage for skeletal muscle injury published from the establishment of these databases to December 22,2025. Literature was screened and data were extracted according to the preset criteria. Meta-analysis,heterogeneity test, sensitivity analysis and publication bias assessment were conducted using Stata 18.0 and Review Manager 5.4 software. Results:A total of 5 randomized controlled trials were included, including 484 patients (242 cases in the observation group and 242 cases in the control group). Meta-analysis showed that the cure rate(OR=2.89,95%CI:1.98-4.22,P0.05),and the results were robust. No significant publication bias was found in funnel plot and Egger test. Conclusion:Massage combined therapy can significantly improve the cure rate and efficiency of patients with skeletal muscle injury, and has good safety, which is worthy of clinical application.
