The emergence of user-friendly digital technologies has simplified the recruitment procedure by offering advertisers more effective means of reaching prospective employees than simply distributing ads and manually collecting resumes. The digitalization of recruitment has streamlined the process by offering effective means of communication and efficient ways of collecting, storing, and managing candidate data via online recruitment systems. This document describes the implementation of a recruitment system that connects job seekers and employers through a digitalized recruitment process. The prospective employer can create an online job posting and manage applicants by changing the status of an applicant through an admin panel. In contrast, job seekers can apply for available job positions through an application process that, without user account creation, is as simple as clicking a button. The recruitment system has been developed using the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express Js, React and Node Js). Employer-specific functionalities are secured using JWT (JSON Web Token) authentication and candidate status updates are managed via automated emails. The proposed system simplifies and optimizes the recruitment process for job seekers and employers.
