This paper expands the Informational-Processual Monism to four layers that remain underdeveloped: cosmological, social-collective, aesthetic, and political. Unlike previous works (Taotuner, 2026a; 2026b), the focus here is not on the quantum basis or the measurement of local resonance, but on its application at larger scales. To avoid excessive abstraction, each layer is illustrated with concrete comparisons (e.g., the cosmic web compared to social networks and neural networks) and with explicit counter-examples — phenomena that the theory should not easily explain. Whenever possible, I offer falsifiable predictions as an antidote to the risk of post-hoc fitting. At the end, a table summarizes the degree of maturity and testability of each layer, highlighting the potential and current limitations of the research program. The tone remains exploratory and self-critical.
