The current research aimed to reveal the degree of employing web applications in teaching Arabic language in secondary stage schools in Bisha city from the perception of Arabic language male and female teachers, know the obstacles to employing its applications, and present developmental proposals for its employment. The research followed the descriptive analytical method. A questionnaire was constructed consisting of (54) statements distributed in three axes. The researchers carried out the procedures to verify the apparent validity of the questionnaire by submitting it to a group of experts in the field of curricula and teaching methods, and their observations were considered. To verify its reliability, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used, where the reliability ranged between the questionnaire's axes (.968 - .975) and reached (.975) at the level of the questionnaire. This indicates that it is suitable for collecting field information, and it has a high degree of reliability in the results it reached. A representative sample of the research population was chosen, amounting to (200) male and female teachers. The research showed that Arabic language male and female teachers at the secondary level in the city of Bisha employ web applications in teaching Arabic language (to a high degree), as the arithmetic mean reached (2.43). The results also revealed that the obstacles of employing web applications are high, with the arithmetic mean (2.26). The results did not reveal any statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) in the research sample’s responses due to the variables of academic qualification, years of experience, and training courses. Considering the results, the researchers recommended the necessity of building an integrated website to support Arabic language teachers in employing web applications in teaching.
