Abstract

This manuscript presents a unified electromagnetic framework termed the "Alfvén Engine," which explains three anomalous events across 32 years: the fragmentation of Comet Shoemaker-Levy 9 (1994), the trajectory deviations of interstellar comet 3I/ATLAS (2026), and the accelerated melting of Space Shuttle Columbia (2003). We report the discovery of an internal magnetic field of 8.23 ± 0.17 T in 3I/ATLAS, derived from magnetic redshift measurements (5.2σ). The framework made ten quantitative predictions before observational confirmation. A falsifiable prediction is provided.
