Based on the dynamically optimized Pythagorean Unified System and its pure mathematical axiomatic foundation, this paper constructs a complete cosmic evolution model from the primitive mechanisms of meta-state, background, coupling and endogenous driving force. The universe as a whole is regarded as a dynamically truncated cone structure growing from the origin, spirally expanding, coupling-breaking and tending to equilibrium. The whole process of the universe is systematically interpreted, ranging from the origin of primitive singularity, spatial expansion, differentiation of matter fields, emergence of structural hierarchies to the formation of a global conservation closed loop. This paper clarifies that cosmic expansion is essentially the hierarchical growth of the meta-state system, and that gravity and evolution trend both originate from the endogenous unified driving force β₁ generated by the taper difference of the truncated cone. Galaxies, stars and large-scale cosmic structures are natural products of spiral expansion and coupling breaking. The model is logically self-consistent, globally conserved and without external drive. It can uniformly interpret core cosmological problems and form a primitive cosmology consistent with the Pythagorean mathematical system.
