Introduction: The Occupational Self-Assessment (OSA) questionnaire is a scale based on the Model of Human Occupation (MOHO). The OSA is used for self-assessment of the client’s occupational competence and values. Objectives: The aim of the study was to translate, culturally adapt and validate the Polish language version of the OSA questionnaire, version 2.2.Methods: The study involved 300 participants – 194 women (64.7%), 104 men (34.7%) and two people who did not disclose their gender (0.7%). Each of the respondents gave their consent to participate in the study. The sample was selected purposefully, with the selection criteria being age above 60 and consent to participate in the study. Respondents completed the questionnaire in paper or electronic form. The study was conducted in 2025.Results: Competence scale – in the case of the single-factor variant, satisfactory factor loadings were obtained for all items in the questionnaire. The reliability obtained for the overall result was good, α = 0.85. In the case of the single-factor variant for the value scale, moderately strong factor loadings were achieved for the majority of items. The reliability reached for the overall result was good, α = 0.78.Conclusions: The proposed Polish language version of the Occupational Self-Assessment (OSA) questionnaire version 2.2. allows for the assessment of occupational competence and values of the respondents, but the results can only be interpreted at the level of individual items.
