While industry-education integration has been extensively promoted in domestic higher education institutions, undergraduate design programmes still face challenges in defining clear pathways for cultivating core professional competencies. This study systematically analyses the essence and constituent elements of core professional competencies based on the capability structure characteristics of design undergraduates. It constructs a ‘four-dimensional integrated’ cultivation mechanism centred on the pathway of ‘demand anchoring, curriculum restructuring, platform empowerment, and dynamic evaluation’. Drawing upon the author's practical experience in curriculum reform and implementation, this study examines the operational pathways and outcomes of this mechanism. Validation demonstrates its capacity to systematically cultivate core professional competencies within industry-education integration frameworks, establishing a robust operational logic. 国内高校产教融合已广泛推进,但设计类本科专业人才培养仍然存在专业核心能力培养路径不清晰的问题。本研究基于设计类本科生能力结构特征,系统分析专业核心能力的内涵与构成要素,构建以“需求锚定、课程重构、平台赋能和动态评价”为路径的“四维一体”培养机制。并结合笔者实际进行的课程改革与实践应用,对该机制的运行路径与实施效果进行分析。通过验证,该机制能够在产教融合条件下实现专业核心能力的系统培养,并形成较为稳定的运行逻辑。
