This study investigates factors shaping post-disaster quality of life among older adults in vulnerable groups to inform social welfare policy. Using a mixed-methods design, CASP-19 surveys (n=405, age 65+) and 20 in-depth interviews were analyzed statistically and thematically. The mean score was 27.16 ± 8.07. Key determinants included income, education, health, social ties, and life goals. Five themes emerged: socialization, health status, social connections, disaster experience, and adaptation. Findings highlight the need for integrated health, psychosocial, and financial support, along with accessible social spaces and community programs, to enhance well-being after disasters.
