This paper proposes Information Density Science (IDS) — a unified physical framework with information as the primordial origin of the universe. Based on five core postulates (Information Ontology, Information Gradient, Information Conservation, Complementary Duality, Self-Observation), IDS establishes a complete theoretical system from microscopic particles to cosmic evolution. Key innovations include: the projection deficit rate λ as the bridge connecting information and spacetime; the elevated-dimensional compensation mechanism with dual temporal dimensions (t₁ compensates electromagnetism, t₂ compensates gravity); the quantized description of particles as information density peak solitons; the information origin of nuclear force as chiral topological soft occlusion; and the topological interpretation of dark matter/dark energy as high-dimensional hidden curled redundancy. IDS recovers all known physical laws as special solutions of the λ-equation, quantitatively explains long-standing puzzles such as the fine-structure constant (α ≈ 1/137), neutron decay lifetime (τn = 879.5 s, deviation <0.08%), and cosmic matter-antimatter asymmetry (εweak ≈ 10⁻⁹). This paper presents 12 cross-scale experimentally testable original predictions covering nuclear physics, quantum optics, cosmology, gravitational waves, etc., among which the neutron lifetime prediction has been experimentally verified. IDS provides a novel information-ontological path for unifying quantum mechanics and general relativity, marking a paradigm shift from "material realism" to "informational realism" in physics.
