Libraries across the globe are adopting more efficient, cost-effective, and innovative approaches to provide access to electronic information resources through global networks, catering to the diverse needs of information seekers. Within this networked environment, the infrastructure of libraries—particularly academic libraries—has undergone a remarkable transformation. This study explores the utilization of library resources and services by postgraduate students from four leading women's colleges in Jalandhar, with a focus on their role in enhancing academic performance. It examines the infrastructure, resources, and services offered by these libraries, evaluating their contribution to academic excellence and the advancement of women's education in the region. The research highlights significant findings and presents critical recommendations aimed at strengthening the quality of library services. These insights are intended to foster improved academic outcomes and further support the holistic development of students.
