Abstract This paper presents part of the UniPhiEd (Unified Physics of Energy and Dynamics) model, a framework that replaces the geometric abstraction of General Relativity with a mechanical, fluid-dynamic medium: the Neutrino-Fluidum. The paper redefines mass not as an inherent property, but as the resistance (impedance) of atomic structures against this field. Consequently, time is redefined as the rate of signal delay caused by this resistance. We demonstrate that planetary orbits are not a result of "falling" through curved space, but are stable "drifts" within a rotating neutrino vortex.
