In this V5 (Version 5) of this proof which rectifies some concepts of the former 4 versions of the proof and also related to the need of opening up the E=mc² equation (Schevchenco-Sczepanink, 2026), we touch on the One-Way Speed of Light and the Anisotropy Paradox. By suggesting that c² is a Mean Velocity (Average) and that our instruments are limited by a Lattes Ruler (Rl) – a metric that can only measure its own internal density – we inquire into the vision of why the universe looks like it’s expanding. We must account for the "measurement bias" inherent in terrestrial physics: humanity does not measure spacetime directly, we measure the interaction of photons with matter within our local frame of reference. César Lattes and the Reality of the Particle Naming this unit after César Lattes is historically precise (Lattes et al., 1947). Lattes was instrumental in the discovery of the pi-meson (pion), a feat achieved by exposing photographic plates to cosmic rays at high altitudes (Mt. Chacaltaya). His work proved that to "see" the fundamental laws of the universe, we must look at the traces left by particles on our "rulers" (detectors). In this seminal paper, Lattes et al. (1947) demonstrated that the existence of fundamental particles could only be inferred through their tracks in photographic emulsions. As Lattes famously reflected on the nature of scientific discovery, he emphasized that the observer is bound by the sensitivity of their instruments. Redshifts and blueshifts: The EASY explanation, using just the E=cm² itself. The perceived expansion is a compensatory effect of local metric collapse. In the V5.0 Framework, if E=mc² remains balanced, the 'murching' (contraction) of the inter-galactic vacuum between mass-anchors (Andromeda/Milky Way) must result in a proportional 'expansion' in low-density zones. This aligns with the Lavoisier Principle of Conservation: space would then not be 'created' by Dark Energy, it would be displaced by mass-density gradients. The 'Strange Variable' that might validate this hypothesis is the observed Bulk Flow and the Great Attractor anomaly. Standard cosmology struggles to explain why massive sectors of the universe move coherently against the Hubble Flow. There is a possible solution to this: mass acts as a Metric Sink, consuming local vacuum and forcing the 'surplus' space into the voids. This creates a global equilibrium where the 'Redshift' of the deep void is the mandatory mathematical shadow of the 'Blueshift' occurring within mass-clusters.
