We extend the Information-Copying Cosmology (ICC) framework to include fermionic matterand mass generation, building directly on the emergent gauge fields derived in Part X. A discreteDirac operator is constructed on oriented 4-simplices, where fermions reside on dual cells andpropagate via orientation-dependent couplings across tetrahedral faces.Weshowthatnontrivial orientation structures generate topologically protected chiral zero modes,providing a discrete realization of an index invariant. A scalar field hσ defined by orientationmismatch between neighboring 4-simplices is identified with an emergent Higgs field, whose effectivepotential V (h) = λ(h2 −v2)2 arises from the entropy of defect configurations.Domain walls in h localize chiral fermions and induce Yukawa couplings, giving fermion massesmf ∼ y∆ proportional to the orientation discontinuity ∆. In the continuum limit, the theoryreduces to Dirac fermions coupled to gauge fields and a scalar field with symmetry-breaking potential.This establishes a unified geometric origin of fermions, chirality, and the Higgs mechanism fromdiscrete information-copying dynamics.
