Software and methodological support for physical education and health promotion programs for middle-aged and elderly individuals is currently particularly relevant and requires constant improvement and adaptation to new scientific data and social realities. Its proper development and implementation not only prolong active longevity but also significantly improve the quality of life of older adults, facilitating their full integration into society and fulfilling their potential, and ensuring the continuity and continuity of physical education across the various stages of development. This article presents the results of implementing experimental physical education and health promotion programs for older adults in educational and sports organizations as part of the federal project "Older Generation," the national project "Demography," and the regional and municipal "Active Longevity" initiatives.
